Top tips for moms heading back to work

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (TENNESSEE VALLEY LIVING) - Many mothers out there might be thinking about going back to work, but if you are a little apprehensive, Dr. Dana Sumpter has some advice.

Dr. Sumpter says that there are things that mothers can do to be more comfortable as they return to work, but she also says that leadership within the workplace can make the transition back to work easier.

She also says that scheduling is one of the most important things to figure out, especially things such as picking up the kids or picking up groceries. Getting your schedule set can be a key start to being comfortable returning to work.
