Wade is Gray Media's first Director of Podcast & Livestream Strategy, consulting with stations and coaching podcast talent across Gray Media on format, audience fit, & emerging platform trends — elevating production quality, storytelling depth, & competitive positioning in the creator economy. He previously headed up digital content creation and strategy development for Gray’s National Investigative Team, InvestigateTV+, and Gray's Aging Untold talk show. He started his digital career in Atlanta, GA in 2008 after graduating from the University of Alabama. Before InvestigateTV and Aging Untold, Wade spent four years as the Digital Content Manager at Gray Television’s WAFF 48 in Huntsville, AL. He is a nine-time Alabama Broadcasters Association Award of Excellence winner across the fields of Digital Content, Television, Podcasting and Radio.
