Día de los Muertos is celebrated every year following Halloween

While Halloween is on Sunday, the party doesn’t stop there! Día de los Muertos, also known as Day of the Dead, is celebrated every year on November 1s and 2nd by many people of Mexican heritage.

But, you might find yourself wondering, what exactly is this holiday? Payton Walker talked to Megan Garcia, one of the owners of downtown Huntsville’s most popular Mexican restaurant, La Esquina Cocina, to learn more about its rich history and how you can celebrate.
