Muscle Shoals band The Outlaw Apostles making big moves in the music industry

If you think real southern rock is a thing of the past, think again.

The Outlaw Apostles are an up-and-coming country band based out of Muscle Shoals. Full of grit and grooves, the five-man band has spent the last few months touring with names like Jamey Johnson and Easton Corbin while hitting up some music festivals along the way.

For lead singer Bay Simpson, music in his blood. With a musical family behind him, he grew up in some of the most iconic music studios that call north Alabama home such as FAME and The NuttHouse. Now in his own band, the group draws a lot of inspiration from older southern rock bands like Lynyrd Skynard.

You can find the band opening for country singer Laine Hardy at a few shows this fall and expect to find them at local music halls and venues all over the southeast. Until then, you can keep up with their music and what’s coming next by following The Outlaw Apostles on Facebook and Instagram.
