In the ’90s, Rafael Diaz spent much of his time working in El Salvador. When a local chef took him under his wing, that’s when Rafael adopted his love and knowledge for exotic food combinations.
Years later, Rafaels’s wife, Abbe, decided to do something with all of his unique recipes to make sure everyone could get a taste. That’s when the idea of Rafael’s Table came to be.
