HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (TENNESSEE VALLEY LIVING) - July is social wellness month, and what better way to participate than doing some easy workouts with your friends?

Shannon Helm with Rumble Boxing Madison suggests putting a quick wrap (wrap that goes under boxing gloves) on your hands and holding weighted brass knuckles during these workouts to increase intensity.

1. Shadow boxing and strength movement

- The first partner will shadowbox. Left and right jabs repeatedly

- The second partner will do 8 squats

- Once the second partner completes all 8 squats, partners will swap exercises and repeat

2. Power jacks

- This workout can be done solo, or with partners

- Start with both arms above the head

- Move arms down to chest simultaneously

- Repeat this movement while alternating left and right legs by moving them out to the side
