Kirbi recently blew “The Voice” judges away during the blind auditions of season 28 with an emotional rendition of FOR KING + COUNTRY‘s “God Only Knows.” She dedicated the performance to her grandmother, who battled cancer bravely for over 20 years and recently passed away.

She and her grandmother shared a love of FOR KING + COUNTRY. Kirbi and her grandmother’s faith in God have been at the center of their lives, inspiring her to speak on her faith on The Voice stage.

Kirbi’s heartwrenching performance garnered a 4-chair turn from the judges! With each judge wanting her to join their team, she eventually chose to go with former One Direction member Niall Horan!

Kirbi took some time out of her busy schedule to chat with TVL host Payton Walker about her journey and what to expect from her on the show as it progresses.
