HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (TENNESSEE VALLEY LIVING) - The time of year has come for WAFF 48’s Can-a-thon drive! The annual food drive is a collaboration between the news station and local Walmart locations across North Alabama.

TVL host Payton Walker was posted at a Walmart store to shine a spotlight on the importance of this food drive and have a little fun in true TVL fashion while doing so!

She began the day with a sit-down interview with The Food Bank of North Alabama’s Development Director, Bobby Bozeman, who discussed why the organization’s mission remains so essential year after year, especially as food insecurity continues to be a prevalent issue.
