Huntsville City Football Club announces themes for the 2026 season

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (TENNESSEE VALLEY LIVING) - Soccer season is about to kick off in the Spring! Before hitting the field, the Huntsville City Football Club (HCFC) is announcing some new, fun experiences planned for the 2026 season!

HCFC officials announced in a press release that exciting themed nights are coming to Wicks Family Field.

Some fan favorite themes are making a grand return, like Armed Forces Night and Space Night.

A few new additions to the fan experience include Americana Night, which will conclude with a post-match fireworks show. Also, there will be two additional fireworks nights and several gate giveaways throughout the season.

The full schedule of themed nights is as follows:

  • Run Rocket City Night: Saturday, April 11 at 7:00 PM
  • High School Sports Celebration Night: Thursday, May 7 at 7:00 PM
  • Star Wars™ Night: Wednesday, May 13 at 7:00 PM
  • Kids’ Night: Saturday, May 16 at 7:00 PM
  • Ride Your Bike Night (Fireworks Night): Saturday, May 30 at 7:00 PM
  • Armed Forces Night: Saturday, June 13 at 7:00 PM
  • First Responders Night: Saturday, June 20, at 7:00 PM
  • Americana Night (Fireworks): Sunday, July 5 at 7:00 PM
  • Space Night: Saturday, July 18 at 7:00 PM 
  • Back to School Night: Saturday, August 1 at 7:00 PM
  • Fireworks Night: Sunday, August 16 at 6:00 PM
  • Hispanic Heritage Night: Wednesday, September 9 at 7:00 PM

The HCFC kicks off its season on March 2 on the road against Orlando City B, before its March 21 home opener against Chattanooga FC at 7 PM at Wicks Family Field at Joe Davis Stadium.
