Forbes reports that the deal is worth $200 million, though neither Spears nor Primary Wave has confirmed it.

Spears released nine studio albums from 1999 to 2016.

According to Sony Music, she has sold nearly 150 million albums worldwide.

Primary Wave owns the catalogs of other massive stars, including Whitney Houston, Bob Marley, Stevie Nicks and Prince.
