Amber Poole aka Madison Eats shares recipe for Cinnamon Roll Pancakes

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (TENNESSEE VALLEY LIVING) - Brunch just got a sweet upgrade. Recipe creator and food blogger, Madison Eats, is taking a classic pancake stack to the next level by swirling in a sweet cinnamon filling and topping it with her homemade cream cheese glaze.

Ingredients:

  • Birch Benders Organic Original Pancake Mix (prepared according to package instructions)

For the Cinnamon Filling

  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Cream Cheese Glaze

  • Cream cheese
  • Butter
  • Powdered sugar
  • Vanilla extract

How to prepare:

1. Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon to create the cinnamon filling. Allow to set for 5 mins.

2. Prepare pancake batter according to package instructions.

3. Pour pancake batter into a hot skillet.

4. Pipe the cinnamon filling in a spiral on top of the pancake.

5. Flip once bubbles form and cook until golden.

6. Drizzle with cream cheese glaze before serving.
