• 1 TBSP Lemon Juice

Icing Ingredients:

• 1 cup Powdered Sugar

• 2-3 Tbsp of heavy cream

• ½ Tsp Vanilla

Making the Apple Rings:

Cut the puff pastry into 4 square pieces. Once you have the square piece, make two small slits slightly below of the edge of the pastry with a space between each slit. Do this to each side connecting the corners.

Peel the apple, turn it on the side and cute the apple into 4 equal parts. With a small round metal cooking cutter remove the core. Add the apple rings into a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients, mix until all the apple rings are coated.

Place the apple ring on the center of the square puff pastry, bring each corner to the center. Egg wash and bake at 350F for 16 minutes.
