HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (TENNESSEE VALLEY LIVING) - The University of Alabama National Alumni Association Madison County Chapter is set to host a special evening supporting local students later this month.
On April 28 at 6 PM, alumni and community members will gather in the VBC Saturn Ballroom for the chapter’s annual spring scholarship benefit event. This will feature head coach of Alabama Crimson Tide football, Kalen DeBoer, as the guest speaker.
Organizers say this event plays a vital role in supporting students from the Madison County area. Funds raised go directly toward locally awarded scholarships, helping students attend The University of Alabama. These awards are in addition to academic scholarships offered through the university’s admissions office.
