Head Coach Huntsville High School Cross Country & Track/Field, Blake Borden, stopped by the studio to not only talk about what’s hot on the local track scene, like the recent Rocket City Showcase and upcoming events for the school program, but also to share some tips for people looking to start their running journeys!
