HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (TENNESSEE VALLEY LIVING) - Whether you’re a budding yogi or a yoga expert, there’s something for everyone who wants to stretch their bodies and relax their minds to enjoy during Huntsville Yoga Week! From May 11- 17, you can check out free pop-up yoga classes led by instructors!
Light on Yoga Co-Owner Connor Humphrey and Studio Manager Margaret Holland stopped by the studio to chat about which local hot spots will host classes during this year’s Yoga Week!
From the Orion Amphitheater to the U.S. Space & Rocket Center, Light on Yoga is going with the flow, adding tranquility to Huntsville Yoga Week attendees’ minds, bodies, and spirits!
The schedule is as follows:
- May 11 – The Orion Amphitheater | 6–7 PM
- May 12 – U.S. Space & Rocket Center | 6–7 PM
- May 13 – Village of Providence | 6–7 PM
- May 14 – Clift Farms | 6–7 PM
- May 15 – Wicks Family Field | 6–7 PM
- May 16 – Huntsville Museum of Art | 10–11 AM
- May 17 – Artemis Pavilion | 10–11 AM
