MADISON, Ala. (TENNESSEE VALLEY LIVING) - Get ready for a taste of the island right here in North Alabama.

On June 13 from 2 PM to 10 PM, Madison will host the first Puerto Rican Festival, bringing together culture, community, and food for a day-long celebration this Saturday.

Festival organizers say that more than 20 vendors and sponsors will be part of the event, offering everything from delicious cocktails and authentic Puerto Rican cuisine to handcrafted goods and cultural performances. It is hoped that the festival will become a yearly tradition that brings people together through food, music, and culture.
