Historian and author Mark A. Johnson joined Tennessee Valley Living to discuss his new book, American Bacon: The History of a Food Phenomenon, and explore how bacon evolved from an everyday staple to a pop culture icon.
Johnson will also be making appearances in Huntsville this month for book discussions and signings.
