It’s a thankless job sometimes, but there’s an event that’s looking to express gratitude for all parents and parental figures in the community!
Marcus Calhoun, aka ‘Kooli Da Poet,‘ stopped by the studio to share more details about the upcoming ‘Celebration of Parents’. The community impact partner for this event is a local nonprofit, Real Fathers Making a Difference.
Celebration of Parents is happening on July 25 at New Gooch Place in Madison from 2 PM - 6 PM.
The event will include vendors, live entertainment, food, and more.
