Dermatologist gives tips to enhance your night time skincare routine

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (TENNESSEE VALLEY LIVING) - Sleeping in make-up and sunscreen can lead to acne, irritation, and skin infections! So, Kathleen S. Hesterman with Hesterman Dermatology just joined Tennessee Valley Living to talk about perfecting your night-time skincare routine.

Kathleen says the most important thing to do is to wash your face. She says that you should double cleanse with Micellar water on a cotton round or oil cleanser, then follow up with a gentle cleanser. She also says you can apply skin serums or creams right before a moisturizer.

If Kathleen helped you with your routine, connect with her here.
