HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (TENNESSEE VALLEY LIVING) - Get ready for the 23rd annual Liz Hurley Ribbon Run! The event brings thousands together to celebrate breast cancer survivors, support those currently going through it, and remember those we’ve lost.
Ribbon Run Co-Chairs Patti Caple and Julia Schmidt came on Tennessee Valley Living to share more about the event, as well as their own connection to it.
The proceeds from the event support the Liz Hurley Breast Cancer Fund at the Huntsville Hospital Foundation, which helps provide advanced breast cancer detection and diagnostic tech and equipment for Huntsville Hospital and Madison Hospital Breast Centers.
The event is happening October 17th in Downtown Huntsville; it’ll kick off with the Survivors’ Walk at 8 a.m. Register here.
