FLORENCE, Ala. (TENNESSEE VALLEY LIVING) - This weekend, the KD Art Center will host a Tai Chi Sword Workshop! Its instructor, Gary Padgett, joined Tennessee Valley Living to show off a few moves!
He says participants will be introduced to training practices that develop mindfulness, mobility, and practical martial arts skills in a supportive environment. Gary also notes participants should wear loose clothing and flat-bottom tennis shoes.
The workshop is taking place on Saturday, October 17th from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Check out other KD Art Center events here.
