Breathe Better Institute talks seasonal allergies

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (TENNESSEE VALLEY LIVING) - Do you find yourself constantly sneezing or with a runny nose? Well, Dr. John Stewart with the Breathe Better Institute joined Tennessee Valley Living to talk about how to identify what the sickness really is, and when to seek advice from a doctor!

He says a cold usually runs its course in about a week to ten days, and allergies last as long as the trigger is around. So, if the symptoms last for twelve weeks or more, that’s considered chronic and worth getting checked!

The Breathe Better Institute is located at 3810 Governors Dr SW, Ste 200, in Huntsville. You can check them out here!
