HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (TENNESSEE VALLEY LIVING) - ‘The Lumberyard’ in Huntsville is about to host the city’s first immersive celebration of Día de los Muertos! The holiday is celebrated on November 1st and 2nd, and honors people that have passed on.
Event organizers Erika and Diana Rios joined Tennessee Valley Living to share more about the event! You can expect live music, costumed performers, folklórico dances, authentic Mexican food, lotería, an alebrije station, an immersive passport experience, and a $1,000 Miss Catrina contest.
